Cialis Together

Take one 10mg tablet as needed, at least 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. The tablet can be taken with or without food; however, avoid drinking grapefruit juice as it may increase the risk of side effects. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can temporarily reduce your ability to achieve an erection and may increase the risk of postural hypotension, which can cause dizziness. To get the maximum benefit from the medication, it’s recommended to avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol before sexual activity. The maximum recommended dose is one tablet per day, and it is not intended for continuous daily use. If you find that you need the medication frequently, such as at least twice a week, consult your doctor for further advice. Additionally, refrain from taking any other medications without first checking with your doctor or the Happy Pharmacy Clinical Team.

Always read the patient information leaflet and inform your doctor or the Happy Pharmacy Clinical Team of any medications you're taking before starting Cialis Together. Cialis Together does interact with other medication and may not be suitable if you have pre-existing conditions, always check before starting.

• Avoid using Cialis Together if you're taking nitrate drugs (e.g., glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate) or nitric oxide donors (e.g., amyl nitrite, nicorandil) due to the risk of a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
• Do not use with riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators, used for pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Inform your healthcare provider if you're taking:

• Alpha blockers (e.g., alfuzosin, doxazosin) for prostate issues or high blood pressure.
• Other hypertension medications.
• Finasteride for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
• Antifungal medications (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole).
• Antibiotics (e.g., rifampicin, erythromycin).
• Protease inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, saquinavir) for HIV/AIDS.
• Anticonvulsants (e.g., phenobarbital, phenytoin).
• Other erectile dysfunction therapies.
• Theophylline for asthma.
• Cimetidine for heartburn and stomach ulcers.

Always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure safe use of Cialis Together.

Cialis has a longer duration of action compared to other erectile dysfunction drugs, lasting up to 36 hours. This allows for more spontaneity in your sex life. However, it doesn't mean you'll have a continuous erection for 36 hours; sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.

You should schedule a health check-up with your doctor as soon as possible within the first 6 months of starting to use Cialis Together to ensure that your erection problems are not caused by any serious health condition. Erectile dysfunction may be an early sign of:

• cardiovascular disease
• diabetes
• high blood pressure
• high cholesterol

If you have been told by your doctor that you have stable cardiovascular disease or have a low cardiovascular risk you may be suitable for Cialis Together. We can only supply if your doctor has advised they can resume sexual activity and that you do not have any other contraindications.

You cannot use Cialis Together if you have any of the following conditions:

• myocardial infarction in the last 3 months
• unstable angina or angina during sex
• heart failure in the last 6 months
• arrhythmia (irregular, hypotension (<90/50 mmHg; symptoms of which include dizziness and blurred vision), uncontrolled hypertension
• stroke in the last 6 months
• left ventricular outflow obstruction (e.g. aortic stenosis)
• rare syndrome of multiple system atrophy manifesting as severely impaired autonomic control of blood pressure
• left ventricular dysfunction

Do not take Cialis Together tablets if you:

• do not have an erection problem, as this medicine will not provide any benefit to you
• are allergic to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients in this medicine
• take any medicines called nitrates or nitric oxide donors (such as glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate for the relief of chest pain or heart failure, or nicorandil, molsidomine or sodium nitroprusside), as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure - take amyl nitrite also known as “poppers” as recreational drugs, as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure
• have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of a problem with your heart or blood vessels, such as recent heart attack (within the last 90 days) or stroke (within the last 6 months), unstable angina or severe cardiac failure
• have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• have ever had loss of vision because of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), a condition described as “stroke of the eye”
• take riociguat or other medicines belonging to a group called guanylate cyclase stimulators. These medicines are used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs secondary to blood clots)
• have a deformed penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease)

1. problems with your liver or kidneys
2. blood diseases (e.g leukaemia, sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma)
