Buy Difflam Spray
Difflam Spray contains the active ingredient benzydamine hydrochloride, part of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) group. Difflam works by helping to stop pain and swelling (inflammation) in the mouth or throat, treating conditions such as mouth ulcers, teething, sore throat, sore tongue or gums, and discomfort from dentures or dental work.Β 


How to Use Difflam Spray
Always use exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as advised by your doctor or Happy Pharmacy pharmacist.

  • Adults, adolescents and elderly: Spray 4–8 puffs onto the sore area every 1Β½ to 3 hours

  • Children 6–12 years: Spray 4 puffs onto the sore area every 1Β½ to 3 hours

  • Children under 6 years: Spray 1 puff per 4kg of body weight (up to 4 puffs) every 1Β½ to 3 hours

Hold the bottle upright and lift the spray tube to 90 degrees. Prime the spray before first use by pressing down until a fine mist appears. Aim at the sore area and press the green plunger once per puff. After use, wipe the spray tube and push it back down. What Causes a Sore Throat?
Sore throats can feel scratchy, dry, tender, itchy, or raw and are often worse when talking or swallowing. Common causes include viral infections like colds or flu, which usually resolve without treatment, or bacterial infections that may need medical attention.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, speak to your doctor or Happy Pharmacy pharmacist before using Difflam Spray.Β 


When Should This Product Not Be Used?
Do not use Difflam Spray if you are allergic to benzydamine hydrochloride or any other ingredients. Speak to your doctor before use if:

  • You have a history of asthma

  • You are allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs

  • You are taking any other medicines


Possible Side Effects
Like all medicines, Difflam Spray may cause side effects in some users. Common side effects may include:

  • Numbness and/or stinging in the mouth or throat

Seek emergency medical attention if you experience signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as:

  • Swelling of the face or throat

  • Skin rash

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Loss of consciousnessΒ

Storage Information
Store below 30Β°C in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.Β
