How to Use Dioralyte Sachets

• Empty one sachet into a 200ml glass of water

• Stir until fully dissolved and drink after each loose bowel movement

Dosage Guidelines:

• Children – 1 sachet in 200ml water

• Adults – Up to 2 sachets dissolved in 400ml water if necessary

Only mix with fresh drinking water—do not dissolve in any other liquid.

Can I Mix These Sachets with Anything Other Than Water?

• No—Dioralyte should ONLY be mixed with water

• Other liquids may interfere with electrolyte absorption, reducing effectiveness

When Should This Product NOT Be Used?

Do NOT use Dioralyte Sachets if:

• You are allergic to glucose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, or other listed ingredients

• You have a completely or partially blocked bowel

Consult your doctor before use if:

• You’ve had diarrhoea for more than 24–48 hours

• You follow a low potassium or low sodium diet

• You have liver or kidney disease

• You have diabetes

• You have difficulty digesting certain sugars (Dioralyte contains glucose)

Possible Side Effects

Most users tolerate Dioralyte well, but some may experience:

• Skin rash

• Difficulty breathing or swallowing

• Swelling of lips, face, throat, or tongue

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if any of these occur.
