About

Palvinder Deol qualified as a pharmacist in 1997 after completing his pharmacy degree at the University of Bath. He began his career at Boots the Chemist, where he gained extensive experience over seven years. Starting as a Relief Pharmacist, he quickly progressed to Pharmacy Manager and ultimately became a Store Manager, showcasing his leadership abilities and commitment to excellence in community pharmacy.

In 2004, Palvinder joined Superdrug as the Regional Pharmacy Manager for the Southeast, overseeing operations across multiple branches. During his five years in this role, he developed and implemented strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency, ensuring that patients received exceptional care.

In 2008, he opened his own pharmacy, focusing on personalised patient care and community health. He continues to support service development and medicines optimisation while embracing modern digital pharmacy services.
