No GP visits. Just 2 minutes.

Once you've chosen your treatment, we’ll ask you to fill out a short health questionnaire—it only takes around 2 minutes.

Your answers help our pharmacists make sure the treatment is safe and right for you. It’s all done online, from your phone or computer, whenever it suits you.

Once you've completed your quick questionnaire, you’ll be shown the treatments that are suitable for you, based on your answers and health history.

You can then:
🛒 Checkout immediately, or
🔁 Subscribe for ongoing treatments at a discounted price—ideal for long-term care and convenience (subject to ongoing clinical review and eligibility).

Subscriptions are flexible and can be paused or cancelled anytime.

Every order is reviewed by a real healthcare professional—because your safety comes first.

After choosing your treatment, one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists steps in to complete a clinical review. What happens next depends on the type of treatment you're requesting:

✅ For Most Treatments

Your answers from the health questionnaire are carefully reviewed.
Our pharmacist will:

• Ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you
• Approve the order, or contact you if further information is needed
• Make sure you get the right care, not just a quick transaction

You’ll be notified once your order has been approved and dispatched.

⚠️ For Weight Loss Treatments – First-Time Patients Only

Before we can prescribe weight loss medication to new patients, a short video consultation is required.

Here’s how it works:
✅ You’ll receive access to a simple online calendar
✅ Choose a time and date that suits you best
✅ Speak with a qualified pharmacist via secure video call
✅ Discuss your weight loss goals, medical history, and get expert guidance
✅ No clinics, no waiting rooms—completely remote and confidential

This one-off consultation ensures that your treatment is clinically safe, ethically prescribed, and fully personalised.

Already a Happy Pharmacy weight loss patient? You may not need another video call unless your medical history has changed.
