How much can I save with a subscription?
Subscription prices are lower than one-off prices for the same treatment and dose. The exact saving depends on your medication and strength. Select your dose on the treatment page to compare both prices before you order.
Do I need a consultation for repeat orders?
Where clinically suitable, repeat ordering may be available without completing a full consultation each time. Repeat prescriptions and dose changes still require prescriber approval, so we may ask you some short check-in questions before an order is approved.
Can I change my dose?
Your prescriber chooses your dose based on your response and how well you tolerate treatment. If you think your dose should change, speak to our clinical team before your next order. Please don't change your dose yourself.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time. Orders that have already been approved and dispensed may be subject to pharmacy regulations and cannot always be cancelled.
