Benylin Dry Cough 7.5mg/5ml Syrup is designed to provide you with relief from a dry and pesky cough.
How Benylin Dry Cough 7.5mg/5ml Syrup works
This syrup contains the active ingredient dextromethorphan hydrobromide, a cough suppressant that works by reducing a cough caused by a cold or the flu.
Directions
Always take Benylin Dry Cough Syrup exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as directed by your doctor or Happy Pharmacy pharmacist.
Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls every 4–6 hours.
Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Benylin Dry Cough Syrup may cause side effects in some people. Common side effects include:

Skin rashes

Swelling of the face, lips, throat or tongue

Itching

Dizziness

Drowsiness

Nausea or vomiting

Diarrhoea

Shallow breathing

Difficulty sleeping

Stomach ache
