Beechams All In One Tablets provide quick, short-term relief from cold and flu symptoms, including chesty coughs. Their triple-action formula helps you feel better, faster.

How Beechams All In One Works
Each tablet contains three active ingredients:

Paracetamol – Helps reduce fever and ease aches & pains
-
Guaifenesin – An expectorant that loosens mucus and relieves chesty coughs
-
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride – A decongestant that unblocks sinuses and helps you breathe more easily
Directions for Use
Always follow the patient leaflet instructions or consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 2 tablets every four hours as necessary
-
Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours
-
Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours
-
Do not take for more than 5 days except on medical advice

Not suitable for children under 12 years
Side Effects
Most users tolerate Beechams All In One well, but some may experience:

Raised blood pressure

Headaches or dizziness

Difficulty sleeping, nervousness, or anxiety

Nausea, sickness, or diarrhoea

Warnings & Precautions
Do NOT use if you:

Are allergic to any ingredients
-
Have liver or kidney issues (including alcoholic liver disease)

Have high blood pressure, heart problems, or an overactive thyroid

Suffer from diabetes, glaucoma, pheochromocytoma, or an enlarged prostate
Consult your GP or pharmacist before use if:

You have Raynaud’s phenomenon or other blood vessel conditions
-
You have asthma or a chronic cough
-
You are on a low-sodium diet
-
You have liver or kidney problems
-
You have a serious infection (risk of metabolic acidosis)
Contains alcohol—not suitable for people with alcohol dependency.
Using Other Medicines
