How Subscriptions Work

Our subscription service is designed to make repeat ordering simple and reliable. When you subscribe to a product, it will renew automatically based on the delivery schedule you choose. After each successful renewal, your order is prepared and shipped straight to your door, no need to place a new order each time.

You remain fully in control of your subscription. Through your secure customer portal, you can:

• Pause or cancel your subscription at any time

• Skip an upcoming delivery or change the next charge date

• Add or remove products from your subscription

• Update your payment details if a renewal attempt fails

A link to your customer portal is emailed to you after your first subscription order, allowing you to manage everything quickly and easily whenever you need to.
