What is Cialis Together?
Cialis Together tablets are a treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, which helps increase blood flow to the penis, allowing for an erection when sexually aroused. One of the key benefits of Cialis Together is its long-lasting effect, which can last up to 36 hours. This provides a longer window for sexual activity compared to other ED medications. Cialis Together is available without a prescription and can be purchased online with Happy Pharmacy following a short online questionnaire.
How does Cialis Together work?
Cialis Together contains tadalafil, a medicine from the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor group. This type of treatment works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in when you’re sexually aroused. It doesn’t increase sexual desire or cause arousal on its own, instead, it helps you achieve and maintain an erection naturally when stimulation occurs.

FAQs
How to take Cialis Together?
Take one 10mg tablet as needed, at least 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. The tablet can be taken with or without food; however, avoid drinking grapefruit juice as it may increase the risk of side effects. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can temporarily reduce your ability to achieve an erection and may increase the risk of postural hypotension, which can cause dizziness. To get the maximum benefit from the medication, it’s recommended to avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol before sexual activity. The maximum recommended dose is one tablet per day, and it is not intended for continuous daily use. If you find that you need the medication frequently, such as at least twice a week, consult your doctor or pharmacist for further advice. Additionally, refrain from taking any other medications without first checking with your doctor or the Happy Pharmacy Clinical Team.
How long does it take for Cialis Together to work?
Cialis Together usually starts working within 30 to 60 minutes, but you’ll still need sexual stimulation for it to be effective. For many men, it works the first time they take it. However, if you haven’t had an erection for some time, it may take two or three separate attempts before you see the full benefit. These should be on different days, leaving at least 24 hours between doses.
Can I take Cialis Together with any other medication?
Always read the patient information leaflet and inform your doctor or the Happy Pharmacy Clinical Team of any medications you're taking before starting Cialis Together. Cialis Together does interact with other medication and may not be suitable if you have pre-existing conditions, always check before starting.
- Avoid using Cialis Together if you're taking nitrate drugs (e.g., glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate) or nitric oxide donors (e.g., amyl nitrite, nicorandil) due to the risk of a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Do not use with riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators, used for pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Inform your healthcare provider if you're taking:
- Alpha blockers (e.g., alfuzosin, doxazosin) for prostate issues or high blood pressure.
- Other hypertension medications.
- Finasteride for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
- Antifungal medications (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole).
- Antibiotics (e.g., rifampicin, erythromycin).
- Protease inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, saquinavir) for HIV/AIDS.
- Anticonvulsants (e.g., phenobarbital, phenytoin).
- Other erectile dysfunction therapies.
- Theophylline for asthma.
- Cimetidine for heartburn and stomach ulcers.
Always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure safe use of Cialis Together.
How long does Cialis Together last?
Cialis together can last up to 36 hours and has a longer duration of action compared to other erectile dysfunction drugs. This allows for more spontaneity in your sex life. However, it doesn't mean you'll have a continuous erection for 36 hours; sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.
Are there any precautions that I need to be aware of before starting Cialis Together?

- high blood pressure
- high cholesterol
What if I have history of heart problems, can I use Cialis Together?
If you have been told by your doctor that you have stable cardiovascular disease or have a low cardiovascular risk you may be suitable for Cialis Together. We can only supply if your doctor has advised they can resume sexual activity and that you do not have any other contraindications.

2. Dosage and Availability: Cialis Together is available in a 10mg dosage and can be purchased over the counter without a prescription. Tadalafil, on the other hand, is available in various dosages, including 10mg, and 20mg, and typically requires a prescription.
