From 1st September 2025, Eli Lilly — the manufacturer of Mounjaro — will be increasing UK prices significantly. Current monthly costs of £92–£122 will rise to between £133–£330, representing up to a 170% increase at the higher doses.

• Private patients impacted: Unfortunately, this increase affects all pharmacies and private providers across the UK.

• Medication itself remains unchanged in strength, formulation, and safety.
• Some patients may consider ordering ahead before September at the current price where availability allows (please discuss with our clinical team before doing so).
• Unfortunately we will need to increase pricing to accommodate theses increased manufacture charges as we get closer to the 1st September Deadline.
• We have had to place a limit of 2x per order and there may be be a delay processing your order

⚠️ Some patients may see a brief plateau during the transition, but this usually resolves as the optimal dose is reached.
