Benadryl Allergy Relief is designed to help manage symptoms of hay fever and allergies. These capsules provide effective relief from sneezing, a blocked or runny nose, and watery or itchy eyes.

How Benadryl Allergy Relief Works
Benadryl Allergy Relief contains acrivastine, a non-drowsy antihistamine. Acrivastine works by blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical your body releases during an allergic reaction. By preventing histamine from acting, it helps reduce your allergy symptoms effectively. 

Directions
Always take Benadryl Allergy Relief exactly as stated in the patient information leaflet or as advised by your doctor or Happy Pharmacy pharmacist.

• Take 1 capsule up to 3 times a day

• Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours

Side Effects
As with all medicines, Benadryl Allergy Relief can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them. Common side effects include:

• Drowsiness 

• Dry mouth

• Dizziness

Serious Side Effects
Seek immediate medical help if you experience signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as:

Warnings

• Have severe kidney disease

This product contains lactose – if you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your GP or prescriber.

Taking with Other Medicines
Let your GP or pharmacist know if you’re taking any other medication, including over-the-counter products. In particular, inform your healthcare provider if you are taking:

• Sedatives or tranquillisers for anxiety or sleep

• Ketoconazole (for fungal infections)

• Erythromycin (for bacterial infections)

Age Restrictions
This medicine is not suitable for children under 12 years old. 

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, or think you may be pregnant, consult your doctor or Happy Pharmacy pharmacist before using this product. 

Food and Drink
Avoid drinking grapefruit juice while taking Benadryl Allergy Relief.
Do not consume alcohol while using this medicine. 

Driving and Operating Machinery
Benadryl Allergy Relief may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or use machinery until you feel alert and safe. 

Storage Information

• Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C 

• Keep out of sight and reach of children 

• Do not use after the expiry date (last day of the month printed on the packaging)

• Do not dispose of via wastewater or household waste
