Recommended Dosage
The dosage of Buscopan Cramps depends on whether it is being used to treat general stomach cramps or specifically for IBS.
For Relief of Painful Spasms in the Stomach, Bowel, Bladder, or Urinary Tract:

Adults & children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets up to four times a day, as needed

Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take 1 tablet up to three times a day, as needed
For Relief of Abdominal Pain in IBS:

Adults & children aged 12 years and over: Begin by taking 1 tablet three times daily

If required, the dose may be increased to 2 tablets up to four times a day

Buscopan Cramps should not be taken by children under 12 for IBS
