How Do Kwells Travel Sickness Tablets Work?
Kwells contains hyoscine hydrobromide, an active ingredient that:

Reduces motion-triggered signals in the inner ear, preventing dizziness

Targets nerves responsible for nausea, helping to ease sickness

Provides effective relief for car, boat, and air travel
Directions for Use
-
Adults: Take 1 tablet every 6 hours, as needed
-
Children aged 4–17: Take ½ a tablet every 6 hours, as needed

Do not exceed the recommended dose

Possible Side Effects
Most users tolerate Kwells well, but some may experience:

Blurred vision & dilated pupils

Dry mouth, dizziness, drowsiness

Increased body temperature & sweating

Restlessness, hallucinations, confusion

Increased seizure frequency (in epileptics)

Warnings & Precautions
Do NOT take Kwells if you:

Have glaucoma
-
Have a blocked intestine or stomach outlet narrowing

Have myasthenia gravis

Have an enlarged prostate gland
Consult your GP or pharmacist before use if:

You are over 60 years old
-
You have heart, metabolic, gastrointestinal, liver, or kidney conditions

You have previously had trouble passing urine

You have ulcerative colitis, diarrhoea, or fever
-
You have Down’s syndrome or suffer from seizures
Taking Other Medicines
Consult your GP or pharmacist before use, especially if taking:

Amantadine (antiviral)

Antihistamines
-
Antipsychotics
-
Antidepressants
-
Linezolid (antibiotic)

Domperidone or metoclopramide (for nausea/vomiting)

Sublingual nitrates (for angina)
