How Does Lemsip Max Day & Night Help?
Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules contain three active ingredients:

Paracetamol – Relieves pain, fever, and sore throat

Phenylephrine – A decongestant that eases nasal swelling & pressure

Caffeine – Reduces tiredness during the day (only in daytime capsules)
Night capsules do not contain caffeine, ensuring undisturbed sleep.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Not suitable for those with a history of pre-eclampsia
Can I Take This Product With Other Medications?
Speak to a pharmacist before use if you’re taking:

MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) (or if taken within the past 14 days)

Beta-blockers

How to Take Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules

Daytime: Take 2 red & yellow capsules every 4–6 hours as needed
-
Do not take more than 6 daytime capsules in 24 hours

Nighttime: Take 2 blue & red capsules at night, if needed
-
Do not exceed 8 capsules in a 24-hour period

Swallow capsules whole with water
When NOT to Use This Product
Do NOT take Lemsip Max if you:

Are under 16 years old
-
Are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, caffeine, or any listed ingredients

Have serious heart problems or high blood pressure
-
Have an overactive thyroid
-
Are taking MAOIs (or have in the past 14 days)
-
Are taking other decongestants
-
Have an enlarged prostate
Consult your pharmacist before taking if you:

Have Raynaud’s syndrome

Have diabetes mellitus
-
Have liver or kidney problems
-
Have a history of stomach ulcers

Have non-cirrhotic liver disease

Have closed-angle glaucoma
