What Is the Difference Between a Cold and the Flu?
Though both are caused by viruses, cold and flu differ in severity:
-
Cold symptoms appear gradually, while flu symptoms start suddenly
-
Colds affect the nose & throat, while flu may include fever, headaches & body aches
-
Flu can cause extreme exhaustion, while a cold is usually mild enough to continue daily activities
How Can Lemsip Max Help Relieve Symptoms of Cold & Flu?
Each sachet contains two key active ingredients:

Paracetamol – Relieves pain, fever, and sore throats
-
Phenylephrine – Clears blocked nasal passages with decongestant action
These ingredients work together to reduce discomfort, while the warm drink format adds a soothing, comforting effect.
