Buy Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray

Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray helps treat nasal congestion and runny noses caused by the common cold. Each spray delivers a precise dose of Ipratropium Bromide and Xylometazoline Hydrochloride, which work together to relieve symptoms like blocked sinuses, sneezing, and sinus pressure.

What causes blocked and runny noses?
Non-allergic rhinitis is typically caused by inflammation and swelling of blood vessels in the nasal passages, leading to:

  • Blocked or runny nose

  • Excess mucus production

  • Sinus pressure

Common causes include:

  • Viral infections (e.g. colds)

  • Environmental triggers (smoke, humidity, extreme temperatures)

  • Hormonal changes (e.g. pregnancy, puberty)

  • Hormone-containing medications (e.g. HRT, contraceptive pill)

How does Otrivine Extra Dual Relief work?
This product uses two active ingredients:

  • Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve stuffiness

  • Ipratropium Bromide: Reduces nasal mucus production and helps open airways

Together, they help relieve blocked and runny noses, making breathing easier.Β
